Customer summit reaches new heights.
After several years without having a Customer Summit, KANA decided to restart the event, and make it bigger and better than ever. They wanted a unifying theme and brand design that would coordinate all pre-event and on-site promotions.
We developed an event logo that could be easily updated each year. We also created an event theme (“From here you can see customers forever”) to highlight both the company’s focus on the lifetime value of a customer and the San Jose venue. The event’s branding fit within a simple set of existing KANA brand guidelines, and was applied to a wide variety of pre-event and on-site promotions.
